That would be the "Gateway Geyser" fountain. It is the world's highest fountain at 627 feet including a reflecting pool that is 600 feet in diameter and covers about 6.5 acres with a capacity of five million gallons of water. Depending on the wind speed it will adjust higher and lower... When there is no wind it blows at full force up to the 627 feet straight up but not as high when there is a wind.

East St. Louis, Illinois is currently developing the east side to make it more appealing to tourist...
