There is a local micro-brewery that has a few recipes using Wheat, one with Raspberries. Not my cup of tea, but tours are great. WOnder if getting a BUS to tour a few brewerieson the Fri nite might be in order (that is a requirement here, so no-one is behind the wheel after a few samples)

Yes they do... they have all the Clydesdale horse team and beer wagon there at the brewery. In fact, one of the best parts of the tour is visiting the stables and seeing these majestic giants in person.

The number of Clydesdales Anheuser-Busch owns varies between 225 - 250. . .this is the largest herd of Clydesdales in the world.
