Here is what we are hearing now: Expected as a 2010 model, the next PT is code named JZ49 (which gives us the answer to the Caliber or Sebring chassis question...since the Sebring is the JS chassis and the Caliber/Patriot/Compass are considered to be the GS chassis).
This gives us a good idea that the PT will be bigger and have available V-6
power. However, rumors have a 'JC49' sibling to the PT being given to Dodge as a big brother to the Caliber.
