Talking $22,234,38 RAISED from CTF5 ($20,000 to MaW, balance to Hurricane relief)

$22,234.38!!! ($44.47 PER PT!!!)

Totals are in for CTF5;

The total CLEARED from this year’s event is $22,234.38 CDN- approximately $44.50 PER PT that attended!! This brings the 5 year Cruise the Falls events totals to $80,623, raised AND donated!!!!

This year, $20,000 will be sent to the Toronto Chapter of Make-A-Wish, and the balance ($2,234.38) will be sent to the Red Cross, Gulf Coast hurricane relief. Note- it was announced at registration that $1 per PT would go to Tsunami relief, we think that this would be better spent sending it “locally” now.

The amount above includes the staff T-shirt amount that has not been paid to us yet ($549 reimbursement) and includes an eBay auction amount ($230) which we received but may have to be paid back as the donor has not sent the jacket yet and we may have to REFUND that amount to the buyer, and includes $986 in credit-card releases yet to be paid to us. Assuming the best, $22,234 is the amount!!

Thanks to all the staff, Frank Chip who raised a lot with the Cookbook, and all the attendees and donors.

Sean
