Call them. You can take your PT to any Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep dealer for warranty service. It doesn't have to be the dealer you purchased your car from. Here's a link to the California Lemon Law, if it comes to that: http://www.yourlemonlawrights.com/ca...tml#Lemon-Laws

Some dealers push you sorta to the back of the line if you didn't by it from them. But they have to service it. My wife bought her Lexus in the town south of us but had it serviced to the one north of us (alittle closer). She would take it in and when she got it back it wasn't washed. That was Lexus big thing for a while. Free car wash and donuts and the morning paper. They wouldn't wash hers because she didn't buy it there. She gets in the mail from the dealer stating its time for her 20K service. She never showed up, they call and ask why. She said, "I take it to another dealer for service now, they also wash my car." They didn't even care. Boy, life is good when you can tell the customer to go f--k off and still stay in business. Sorry for the longish story.

Danny, you just have to stay on top of things and don't except consent delays. There is a 800# in the owners manual for customer service at the factory. Call them, they usually assign a case number and get things rolling. The best of luck. Stay on their backs at the dealer

They should give you another PT if you have major problems in first few days. I mean Im sure your mileage is less than a 100 know, so it shouldnt be a problem
