Sounds like quite a system to me.

Although our DreamCruiser I still has the stock system in it, I went through the same thing you're going through with my Town Car. I did lots of research, and I arrived at the following:

Alpine CD/MP3 head unit (model#9807)
Boston Acoustics components for the front
Boston Acoustics FX-97's for the rear
JL Audio W3 12" sub in custom box
JL Audio 500/5 amp

There were several decisions I needed to make before finalizing the system, most importantly what I wanted out of my system. The most important thing to me was clean sound inside the car. I wasn't so worried about having a system people could hear 1/2-mile down the street, which is why I opted for one sub. The JL 500/5 amp drives the entire system. I was worried that multiple amps would force me to add capicitors or other electrical upgrades to my car in order to handle the power.

The amp rates at 100W to the fronts, 25W to the rears, and 250W (class D) to the sub - ample power for my ears.

The system you listed sounds killer - just make sure you rewire the entire car, and ensure you make any proper alterations to the cars electrical system to handle the 3 amps.

Good luck.
