So, total for my stuff is $1100...but that includes: (2) 5.6" screens, 7" screen, 15" screen, FM modulator, DVD, video amp and includes installs (I do what I can on my own). I didn't include the PS2 because it serves as the house PS2 and in-car PS2.

If you look around, you can get a good, cheap video setup for a car.

Where did you get the 7" Screen sir?

I have a 7 inch flip down roof mount screen ( tied in to a DVD/MP3 player under the passenger seat). I don't have anything hooked up for the front of the car but a power converter addition gave me a PS2 & a Gamecube in the back seat for the kids. It's all removeable ( not built in) because I tend to haul a lot of stuff with the PT & I don't want the units crushed. The Gamecube fits perfectly on the foor behind the console & the PS2 used to slide up under the drivers seat till the amplifier took over that space. Now it just rides on the floor. Useable- but not a show winning install or anything....

Oh, yes it works at idle, etc. But when you park & shut off the key it turns it off. Might be a way around that. Mine was hooked up so it wouldn't drain the battery if the kids forgot to turn it off.

My PS2 and 15" rear screen run off a 300W power inverter tapping directly into the rear battery. They can run with the car being off if I switch on the inverter.

Wow what timing, I just spent the trying just that. I have the Pionner 7300 head and master unit with 5.6 inch in the headrests. Now your answer is:

nintendo works fine has a video output
super nintendo does not work has RF output.
playstation 1- RF output only does not work

PS2 and Xbox are line out video signal so they work fine.

Now I figured what the hell and tried wiring the rf converter back words NO GO. so i added the rf units to the VCR figuring that it has an invertor in it. No GOOD. it does not send the signal out the rca video outputs at the same time.

So so much for that. Now I have to take the ps2 and xbox out of the house and leave my kid with psone for shows. Ya he is really happy let me tell you.

So I am now looking for a RF to 1 ohm converter. Every one has it the other way. my search begins.
