I just rough cut a pc of cardboard somewhat close to the size and then used a compass to follow the edge of the indent in the hood. This then made a mark approx 2" in on the cardboard which I then transfered to the plexiglass. I used tape to hold the cardboard in place as I traced the contour. Plexiglass was purchased at our local glass company. Hope this helps.
