I would think if you ran wires from the rear switches to the new switches, they'd work. I don't think the wiring harness for '01 had the extra wires like '02 on.

My 2001 has 4 window controls on the dash, it was built later in the year.

The pre-wired plugs may be there, it just depends on when DC started installing them.

see thats what i was wondering, maybe I'll just take it apart and see if they are there, if not i can always resell the switch panel. I'll keep you posted. I should probably see when my car wsa made(what month) as it may be wired for the switches but has the dual switch panel. I'll keep you posted.

Know how you can tell the difference from the first one's built from the rest? The window controls. Think I'll leave mine just the way they are.

so they found out it was a pain in the bum to reach back and roll up the windows? Why not just put them in the boot and be done with it! I'm gonna try it and see if it works if not i am only out 28 dollars.

You could just find someone that did a panel conversion and trade switches. Then it wouldn't cost you anything.

Just an Update, I tried to install the quad switches and the harness is completely different, so for all you unlucky blokes out there with a two switch set up your S.O.L.
