The instructions on disassembly of the door panel is on PTdoityourself.net
I worked with Ed to get the page up and it has pictures to identify what we talk about in the instructions. Buy your material from any fabric or upholstery shop, once you get the panel disassembled, use spray adhesive to stick it on. I wrapped mine over the edge to help hold it as well.
If you have questions feel free to PM me or email me.

I checked out the PTdoityourself.net site and followed instructions. Believe me it was so easy to do. And if you want to attempt this make sure to buy extra fabric and you can do your console as well.

I Just went to one of the bigger fabric stores in the area , but that was the only color flame print they had. Was very hard to choose because there was so many different kinds to pick from.

When we did ours we went to the largest upholstery supplier in town and went thru every burgundy sample they had right in the parking lot to match the Cranberry color. I bought 3 yards of fabric, which was enough for both front seats, all four doors and I have enough to do the rear seats in the future and plenty left over.
