Default Another window graphic from Marc

Here's my rear window graphic Marc made for me. I really like it but the local cop didn't. On my way home Saturday while stopped at the gas station, Mr. Policeman, who was clocking traffic as they passed the gas station, walked over to me and said I'd have to remove the graphic. Said it wasn't legal. He ain't seen the last of this.

I could see "not legal" if it totally blocked the driver's view - did he realize that you could see out of it?

or does North Carolina not allow anything that could obscure the officer's view of the occupants while making a stop?

It's totally legal in NY. According to the Vehicle and Traffic Law book, I could put cardboard in the back window, as long as I have two side mirrors.
If the cop was saying the truth, every delivery van would be ticketed. Ever drive a U-Haul truck? Nothing but a large sheetmetal box behind the back window.....
I think he's just bored, and busting your chops...

(p.s. Cool graphic! )

I think he was a rookie. He looked to be about 17 years old.

Perfectly legal here in Cali. You could paint your back window completely black as long as you have mirrors on each side.

I would leave it on and check on it. You can see out of it with no problem so what would the beef be

I would fight that Frank. Half the pick ups in NC have window graphics in the back. Looks nice by the way. Marc does superior work!
