Just got mine, also considering install options. Any concerns about the horn being more exposed to the elements when installed behind the grill? That seems like the best place to mount it, it's out of the heat of the engine compartment and won't be in the way of future mods not to mention it's got to be louder.

As I said in a post ealier in the thread, I just got a right angle steel bracket from the hardware store. Enlarged one of the holes to a quarter inch to accept the bolt from the horn. Then mounted it on the lower horizontal crossmember behind the grill. To keep any moisture out of the horn, I put the bell of the horn at a slight angle downward. I also used a flat black paint and sprayed the red bell so it wouldn't be so visable behind the grill. Works OK for me.

I saw the horns at Hudson Tool store in Rochester NY but didn't note the price. I'll check into it if anyone is interested.
