Pry up the window switch, pull it out. I believe there's a screw then visible, so unscrew it and yank all the knobs out and pull the center console off and then there're screws holding head unit in. Pull it out and unplug everything in the back of it. Should be fairly easy.

When prying out the switch, be careful! The (gray) plastic above the switch is coated with a really thin, rubbery layer. If you pry and rub against the plastic, the rubber layer will peel. Do your best to avoid that-it's really annoying once it starts!!!

If anyne knows how to repair that rubber, please post it! Thnx....
