The bottom one was familiar to me from the Energy bushings install, so the hardest part was arguing with the splash shield. I just removed the bolt holding the strut to the engine and slid the new insert into place.
It took just over an hour from start to finish.
Thanks again for turning me on to the Modern performance inserts. This is how Energy should have done theirs to start with.
