I have to question the title of your post. Regardless of the numbers why the attempt to blame the suicide rate in Iraq on President Bush?
If the rate was low would you credit him for that too??
These are soldiers, doing what they signed up to do. As a veteran of a previous conflict, I know that things can be depressing, especially being away from home, under tough conditions, for a long period of time. Maybe that has something to do with the rate, not the fact that the President sent them there.
