I could not tell the difference between a rubber tire & a plastic one either.after sifting thru about a hundred of them.. & all of the Jl ornaments we have shipped since last year (about 6 cases worth) had white ineriors, so I doubt those were WLs.

JL doesn't do WL the same all the time. They vary it to keep the hunt "interesting". There was a time when WLs had a different paint job, usually mostly white and the entire blister card had a special White Lightning scheme.
