Default Rock chips in paint

I know this has been addressed many times in the past and somebody was looking into a class action lawsuit. But regardless, what was decided on this paint issue? Some PTs seem to have a real problem with this while others don't. I've looked at a lot of used PTs on the car lots and don't see the problem that I have with mine chipping so easy. I don't even drive on gravel roads but evertime I get back from going somewhere on the highway, I've got more new chips in the paint. They are all over, front, hood, top, sides. And that white undercoating really stands out against the Inferno Red. What a bummer, I wash and wax it every weekend to keep it pretty & shiny and it is covered with all these white freckels. I've mentioned to the dealership about a year ago and he passed it off as just the shape of the car - too low in the front. I say the paint is extraordinarily brittle.
Has anyone has any experience with this problem and with warranty coverage on this?

Thanks
