if you're ordering from crutchfield then it should come with the wiring harness. thats the good thing about crutchfield.
its really not hard to change out the head unit...
the only problem i had with the new head unit is with my racing suspension, all the bumps in the road make the deck bounce in the plastic frame but i put some double sided 3m tape between the deck and the plastic frame and it fixed that.
