The cars weight will increase by ~ 450 lbs. About the same as 2 large adults in the back seat, ... but much lower in the chassis. The trans and most of the heavy parts of the engine are at or below the centerline of the axles!

This should make the weight distribution very close to 50/50. The bulk of the weight is very low in the car, ... Plus!! the HP to weight ratio just got divided by 4 !! ... you have 21 lbs per HP to pull around, .... I will have 5 lbs per hp to push and pull!!

3200 / 150 hp = 21.33 pounds per hp ... stock PT

3600 / 700 hp = 5.14 pounds per hp ... Stockum PT^2

The additional weight will be in front of the rear wheels, so it should not hurt at all. Plus, .... there will be some nice fat 315/40 X 20 radials on the back and 245/40 X 17's on the front!!

The rear engine will be tuned for maximum power down low and the front engine will ge tuned for more mid / top end.

This would be done with staged boost control that would bring the front in more slowly.

ALL hypothetical at this point, ... I'm still working this kind of stuff out in my head.

Your questions are welcome, ... this forces me to look at some things I may not have thought of yet!!

Bring it on!!! ... I may not have an answer, ... but I will be thinking about it.

Thanks! ... Bob
