The engine box will be lower than the rear glass, ... so there would be room on top of the box as well as in front of the box. I have not ruled out back seats yet. That would need to be looked at after som fab work. The rear seats would be closer to the front seats, like on many cars, ... if they were used at all.
The radiator for the rear setup would be right at the rear hatch, ... which could be louvered.
The small side glass windows at the rear of the body, would be replaced with some smoked lexan scoops that would bring fresh air into the engine box and cause a slight positive air pressure to keep the air exchanging out the back.
The exhaust from the front would join the rear through an "X" pipe, before exiting as twins, ... which should give a unique exhaust note.
A 20 gal fuel cell, just behind the rear transmission, would have two fuel pumps running the twin systems. The rear engne would be sitting in part of the space the stock fuel tank is now in.
I like the new SRT-4 intakes, ... so I would "can" the PT style intakes for the extra HP of the SRT and this would allow a lower box in the rear as well as make more power up stairs!
