, heres the prespective form the other side of the desk,,
as a 5-star service manager,
, if you make your case to the dealer, and are one of the first., and are convincing, you will get the bar,, if the dealer checks the dail machine, and tries to send it threw warrenty, it will come back rejected,, at my dealer we have never had any one complaine, so no rejects yet,, these other dealers have probaly had the claims rejected and now they know its not a COVerd item,
im sorry dc plays games like this but in reality, chrysler is not paying for the bars your dealer will be, ,
and thats not fair
we dont build them,
we fix and sell them,
, though for personal experince,
i can not agree any more .
the rear bar is mandatory,
and there is a sever diffrence, in handleing,
, and they even have 17 inch wheels, and it still feels mushey on conners,
, i have looked at the rear tubes on both the 01/ 02 /03 and 03 turbos,,
and i cant see to much diffrecen if any, but i never messured them,
, though the turbo appears just a slight bit bigger
, but how can that compensate for the an entier sway bar, just the operation,
of a sway bar, is to knit the suspension right to left, front to rear,
, a straight tube cant knit,,
a zig zag knits
, no comparison,
imhop
,, my advice, is to lightly drop it, an inch and add rear sway bar, and a beefey front,,
, then you will have a mean machine.
ps i also aggree with contral,
there are some crazey bean counters at dc,,
, look at all the things a 25,000 dollar car doesnt have that a 17,000 doallr car does.. that are the same modle diffrent trim
we all know the list,

the sway bar is just another to add.
