The warning was posted on another forum a couple of months ago. As soon as I read it I went out to the garage to check mine. I had covered all my lines with red wire wrap but when I lifed the gas line, I could see where it was rubbing against the metal line, like you said. As luck would have it, it was only wearing on the plastic red wire rap. The suggestion was made to use a tie-wrap on the gas line to keep it away from the metal lines out of harms way. EVERYBODY, if your reading this, drop everything and go check the gas line on the left side of the engine that runs beside the dual silver air-conditioning lines. Check to see if the rubber gas line is wearing away as it touches the silver metal line right where the black cap is that technicians use to test the air-conditioning. DO IT NOW!
